• Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment.

• During holidays or high order volume, processing times may be extended slightly.

SHIPPING METHODS

Orders are shipped via USPS with tracking provided at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing

• Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout

At this time, Chandrella ships within the United States only.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery times and handling are out of our control. If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact USPS first to initiate a claim. We will assist when possible.
